Wine Making Process
Step 1
Visit us; we will discuss our many wines with you and help you choose which kit you will use. The wine maker will assist you during the process -- first you will add the required yeast to start the fermentation of your wine.
Step 2
Over the next four to six weeks, depending on the wine you chose, we will carefully monitor the fermentation process and will clear and filter your wine for you..
Step 3
When the process is complete you will return and bottle your wine with optional custom labels and shrinks
